Supporting local communities into the future
The VSocial Foundation is committed to supporting communities to develop into social enterprises through community-based tourism. And through our team of regional coordinators, we work in close partnership with communities to set out a strategy for success, based on the needs, resources, and wishes of the community. While the community determines its own path towards a new future, we provide training to make sure communities have the skills they need, funding to make sure communities have the amenities they need, and visitors to make sure they can thrive from a steady stream of customers.
Providing Training
We provide training to community leaders to fill any skills gaps and to ensure the community has the necessary expertise to make their community project a success.
Providing Funding
We provide communities with funding to help with start-up costs, such as infrastructure improvements or guide training, as well as projects that promote community autonomy.
Providing Visitors
We connect communities with international tour operators to ensure that the communities we support can succeed and grow with a reliable income stream.
